"Room was ok, basic. You get what you pay for. 1 pillow each, thin but we made it work. Initial staff was a young girl, lovely, nothing seemed too much trouble for her. When we walked out our room one morning to a homeless man sleeping on the floor, we tried to tell a memeber of staff. Who was sat on his phone and when i said excuse me totally blanked me. All in all you get what you pay for, close to amenities, good tram and bus access around. "
