"I struggled with this one. The staff were great, the bed, albeit a little soft, was quite comfortable. Linens were nice. The breakfast was quite good, The reason for 2 stars is only due to almost NO HOT water. We booked a 3 night stay in a deluxe room on the 3rd floor. #5. I was only able to have one shower with some hot water. My wife boiled water in the kettle and tried to clean up in the bathtub. "La ubicación es inmejorable, las instalaciones nuevas, muy lindo. La habitación es chica, pedimos una cuna y no cabía al lado de la cama y en los pies con suerte entro. La cama es queen. Hacia frío en el depto, hay calefacción pero es eléctrica, está en el comedor y no alcanza a calentar los demás espacios."
