"The condo was clean but smelled of disinfectant. The smell was so unpleasant that I had to keep the window open all the time. Although the window stayed open for the entire time, the smell remained. As soon as I stepped into this condo, I called the BEE management and asked for a different condo, but the person in charge claimed this could not be provided and refused to reimburse me. "Expectations and assumptions are the reason for my ratings. I thought I was going to have a different experience while that experience was not met. Based on my assumptions my stay there was pleasant and there were some adjustments I had to make once I realized what the accommodations provided the staff was friendly. I felt safe would I stay there again possibly if I’m traveling alone yes but with a companion, I would probably stay somewhere that is more a traditional hotel. This review is not...

"Staff very helpful "

"Terrible beds and the noise. It was a lot Of noise. There’s not windows! The security was good but keep in mind the noise plus not comfortable beds :("

"The on-site staff were wonderful. But the room was not ready at check in time. It smelled like dogs. There was black mold on the bed. Super loud traffic noise all night. "
