Beautiful new hotel on the beach. Grounds are immaculately kept. Nice pool & bathing area under palm trees. Beach bar too. Food was nice and open all hours. Can walk via the beach to other restaurants easily. Would recommend the dolphin watching & snorkelling on pigeon island. You can go to Nilaveli for the day for a more quiet, cleaner beach.

Had a brilliant two nights and three days at this hotel. The staff were super helpful and friendly. The level of service was superb and the best I have encountered in Sri Lanka and almost anywhere. We really enjoyed our stay here. The staff are welcoming, making the house feel like a home from home; very quiet location. On our list of places to revisit.

We got a friendly greeting when we arrived and drinks brought to us on Reception. All staff are very friendly. The room was beautiful and very spacious. We had a junior suite and it was the best room I’ve ever stayed in. We were able to add room service and meals to our bill to pay by card when we checked out. From the time of arrival till departure we had nothing but a great experience. Friendly staff and excellent food with great choice. The chefs were happy to provide what we asked for and waiters served with a smile. Were sad to leave.

Great place. Stayed here for three nights in total. Food is really good with wide selection to suit all diets and tastes. Right on the beach and huge vanishing pool surround by lounges and the villas it's not overcrowded or on top of each other.

The staff were absolutely amazing and accommodating. My dad has Dementia and the staff made sure both he and my mum were well looked after and attended to. The beach and pool were both clean and not crowded. The food was good - particularly the local Sri Lankan dishes. And the drinks were good.

This property has all it takes to be a beach paradise and doesn't cost a fortune (thus you should forgive some minor faults). All the rooms have a sea view, the pool is almost straight out on the beach, and the beach itself is spectacular. It also doesn't feel like a chain resort, which in my opinion is a big plus. Only two hotels on this side of peninsula mean that for most of the time you're completely on your own on the sand. And you can walk for miles without meeting anyone! However, when...

The garden and pool area of the hotel are delightful, very relaxing. The staff are friendly and helpful but communication can be tricky due to limited English except for Bava who is very professional and attentive. Our room and bathroom were spacious but fittings are basic, I would have liked hot water in the basin, hand towels and a bedside table. The breakfast is generous and tasty, thank you!

We had a great time and the communications with the owner were very easy. They were super quick to help us resolve a very minor issue. The apartment is in a great location, right on the beach. The apartment had useful items in the kitchen for people wishing to prepare meals themselves. Everything inside was in excellent condition.
