"It was unique in that it wasn’t in the place shown on the map. The local people had never heard of it. and they didn’t reply to phone calls. I didn’t stay there because I couldn’t find it! It’s not on Main st, as they claim . I doubt if I will get a refund. Annoyed."

"The hotel was closed a year ago and Expedia still allowing people to boo the hotel and sending confrontations of booking I was stranded in the city at midnight nowhere to stay"

Disappointment
"We arrived and they didn’t have our booking despite proof on my Hotels.com app. They then said check in was at 14:00 whereas my booking showed 12:00. It took them until 13:30 and several looks at the app to finally show us to our room. The room was dirty and the beach in front of the hotel wasn’t ..."
