Resorts in Veliko Tarnovo Province

"Perfect for a family, clean and well maintained… nice views of the city"

"It was perfect stay for us."

"Nice tranquil place with friendly staff, but no transport or facilities nearby."

"It is a fair 4 star hotel, with a breakfast just little exceeding the standard. "

"The hotel is old and has not been repaired. Rooms are small and have no hot water. The only plus is that it is the center. I would not go to this hotel for the second time."

"Great customer service, friendly and attentive staff. Parking could be improved. There is only 5-6 spots available "

"Nice location and hotel with a good restaurant on site. The receptionist was very friendly and helpful. We felt welcome! Only issue we had is there was no AC as the hotel advertised. "

"Excellent location. We had a big room with aircondition. The host was very nice and service minded. It made our stay in Veliko Tarnovo even better. We would love to go back."

"This was a great place. Beautiful view, great location. "

"Great little place on a budget, right in the heart of old town, just a few minutes walk from everything, would definitely use again! "

"We arrived about 7pm to be told we had no room even though I had a confirmation of the booking. Was repeatedly hung up on and my calls also ignored. They also ignored hotels.com when they called to also help. Veliko was very busy and we would've been without a room for the night had a local old lady not overheard our problems and offered to help us find a bed for the night - thankfully she spoke English! Do not recommend as this is totally unacceptable service and very worrying for people...
