"We were the only guests at the hotel. The AC in the room did not work properly. The room was really hot. The coffee maker in the room did not work"

"Oh man, this place is REALLY outdated. I understand keeping things original for that old-world charm but this took it too far. The floors were very uneven with boards sticking up. The beds were very creaky with very thin mattresses. The bathroom sink was laughably small and the bathroom was a small square with the shower being in the middle of the bathroom so it gets everything else in the bathroom wet. I would not recommend. "

All combined with impeccable service. Special thanks to Anna for professionalism and being a great ambassador to Veliko Tarnovo. If not staying in Bey House, dinner in their restaurant is highly recommended."
