The Front desk personnel was the BEST part of this facility. Granted this is a Budget room…but the bare minimum would provide ample water pressure to bathe and an operational TV ~positives~ linens were clean, and location convenient.

Everything was great at our stay at the Extended Stay America. The only thing we didn’t like was the smell of dog urine in the hallway it was pretty strong. But everything else was clean, so was our room. Excellent! Would visit again hopefully the dog urine smell issue is resolved by then

Wonderful Staff!!

Not going to lie, I was afraid to stay here from all of the rumors I’ve heard. BUT!! It was seriously amazing. Staff was the friendliest I’ve ever seen in a hotel. It was clean and quiet. Very comfortable and safe. I will definitely go back in the future!! Thank you to all the staff who were so welcoming and supportive.

Very pet friendly if you pay the additional fee, but the hallways and stairwells smell horrid (like rotten, fetid garbage and old fried food), the walls are thin so guests hear every person walking by the door, and we were greeted by a pubic hair in the bathtub upon arrival to our room.

I've stayed in Extended Stay America rooms before and was very pleased. In this case, it was not quite as clean and some things didn't work well, like the lock on the door (both the key to get in and the deadbolt from the inside, which didn't work at all). Drains in the bathroom were dirty and uncovered. The floor didn't seem clean (kept my shoes on the whole time). It just felt like there was a lower standard of cleanliness and maintenance than with other locations of this same brand. Bed was good and the location was just right for me.

This hotel seems to be half road crews and construction workers and the other half a homeless shelter. Its dirty and the parking lot is filled with people hanging out.

We discover human hair on bed sheets as well as blood spots. I reserved two and had the front desk attendant cancel my reservations, I requested a full refund of the money charged on my card. The desk attendant went on his computer and and assured me I would receive a full refund. Currently waiting for the refund to reflect on my charge card.
