"Managerial staff suck There was a blizzard and loss of power/heat/hot water They wanted us to pay full price to stay more night! Jerks! They also did not hire anyone to plow the parking lot so everyone remainder stranded for days. We dug ourselves out. "

"Breakfast was good. Our room was the first room in the hallway across from the breakfast area. We were woken up by kids in the morning. Other than that it was a good stay."

"They gave me room that wasn’t even finished being cleaned so I had to wait in the hall for 10mins for the cleaner to get done and when I went in the bathroom had hair all in it she didn’t even vacuum the side night stand had liquid on it nothing was wiped down the tables had crumbs and smudged food on them. And the people across the hall was extremely loud and was up until after 1am yelling in the halls loud music and slamming doors"

"The room was clean, the staff at the front desk were very friendly during check-in, and the breakfast was great. It was a great experience!"

"The staff was great, the physical building is lacking. The floors were uneven throughout, to the point where I slipped and fell in the bedroom itself coming out of the bathroom (I was uninjured thankfully). Needs some repairs."
