"Great location if you’re going to an event near Prudential center, property is closed to park, Penn station and some stores, room was clean did find some long hairs on my bed sheets which means they weren’t changed after previous guest left. Lobby has some weird green lights makes it creepy."

The location was very convenient, especially being close to Newark Penn Station, making it easy to get around. Check-in was quick and seamless, and my room had a great view facing the city. "All was great. Pool( it could open earlier), workout room, breakfast buffet. Staff was very nice . Elevators worked well. Just we had a room where the train ran til midnight or 1 am. Very hard to sleep. "

"We only stayed 3 night but I was a very comfortable stay. From the outside, it doesn't look like much but when you get inside, its looks newly renovated. If you're renting a car, keep in mind they only offer valet parking for $28 per day. Located not far from American Dream mall. High recommended! "

"The hotel was easy to locate and was close to our destination. The parking was a bit hectic because of the snow but we made it work and parked in the back which was closer to the elevator so it worked out better. The staff was on point and answered the questions I had. I’d definitely book again if I have to stay in Newark."

"I traveled solo for a concert and just needed a place to stay one night that wasn't super expensive, it was fine for what I needed and a good value. Was it luxurious? No but what do you expect? I was able to grab an Uber right outside safely. I slept well and that's what matters. The only negative thing I'll say is that I wish the bathroom door lock was more secure, I ended up not showering because I didn't feel like the door was really locked. "

It also depends who else is staying in the other rooms. The neighborhood was not great. It is really sketchy, homeless people walking around and sleeping on steps.
