For the price it was what we expected. We only stayed one night before flying out the next morning. We don’t know what was the loud noise was all night, but it made it hard to sleep. It was a loud clanging noise. The bed is firm; the room was very clean.

Lucia, Alba, and Daisy from the breakfast bar provided exceptional service. They consistently maintained a positive demeanor and treated guests with utmost respect. Upon our check-in at the hotel, we were assigned to one room. However, upon opening the door, another guest was also assigned to the room. We returned to the check-in area, but the staff did not apologize for the oversight and instead assigned us to a double queen bed instead of the King bed we had requested.

The staff here was amazing, from the shuttle driver to the front desk to the cafe. The front desk actually texted when I landed and welcomed me to Newark. I wasn't sure how to reach the air train, but they responded immediately when I texted for directions. I checked in online the day before so I was able to check in early at no additional cost. Rooms were spacious and clean and affordable. I felt safe here and I will definitely stay again.

We had a really lovely experience staying at the Crowne Plaza Newark. The hotel itself was comfortable, clean, well maintained, and had everything we needed for a pleasant stay. But what really made our experience special was the people who work there. A very special thank you to Carlos, who was wonderful with the food service and as a dining manager. He was so welcoming and genuinely cared about making sure guests had a good experience. Alba, who helped with breakfast, was absolutely lovely. Her warm smile, kindness and helpfulness made our mornings brighter and made us feel very welcome. We also want to recognize Johnny and Lesly, our shuttle drivers. Both were friendly, professional, and incredibly helpful. These four employees truly stood out to us, and we hope their management knows how much their kindness and excellent service are appreciated. People like Carlos, Alba, Johnny and Lesly are what turn a good hotel stay into a memorable one. We would definitely be happy to come back!
