"Worst hotel experience ever. I would give the hotel 1-2 stars, not 4. The rooms are not soundproofed. You have to pay a cash deposit for the minibar immediately upon arrival. Why? "We loved staying here. The hotel staff were very friendly and kind. The apartment was spacious and clean. We also got upgraded to a bigger suite. If you have a car this is a good location although the drive to the location has narrow roads so be careful. If you have no car then the hotel offers transportation. The pool and lounge and beautiful. The hotel cat Noongi is so cute!!!! "
