Housekeeping did an excellent job, and everything felt fresh and cared for, which made it very easy to relax after long days exploring. She helped us with far more than just our hotel stay — assisting with transportation arrangements, booking activities, and recommending fantastic local restaurants. Her responsiveness and attention to detail made planning our trip so much easier and stress-free. "The breakfast was excellent, coffee was really nice , I lived the room clean , spacious and bed very comfortable , the only reason I did not give 5 stars is the toilet has no privacy from the bed so if your alone that's no problem , but if you are a couple or have company not so private."

"Thanh, Trinh and the other staff were lovely and super attentive and helpful. The rooms were spacious and very clean. The breakfast buffet was great value and varied for all tastes. The top deck pool provided an easy alternative when we didn’t feel like walking across the road to the beach. Would highly recommend."

"The hotel is aesthetically pleasing with a nice pool. The hotel is clean and staff are friendly. We stayed in the family room with the bunk bed which the kids loved. To improve the room, I would suggest to add more hooks or rails to hang towels. Also a clothes line in the bathroom to hang wet bathers would be an improvement. "
