The accommodation was clean and well furnished, the dining options were varied and delicious, the location is incredible, being right next to the beautiful waterfall. "Big huge breakfast with nice staff. A really good gym with a great view of the city. Many nice machines and heavy dumb bells. This is a nice older hotel. I love the older hotels honestly. Lots of wood, marble and brass. Short walk to the airport. I will stay again. "

Just let customers wait there and helping other customers, when we asked what was going on for the checkin process they just simply said “ I will check you in soon” room cleaning did not clean bathroom, just change the towels and dumped the trash, they did not clean the toilet and mirror . "

"We had the best experience, the hotel was clean, the staff were all very friendly. We arrived early before our check in time, so they recommended a beautiful Michelin Star restaurant around the block. Then we had foot massages right next door to the hotel, with enough time to check in promptly at 2pm. The hotel also offers car services with prices comparable to Grab. We had a very nice experience!"

"4泊お世話になりました。朝食はおかゆのようなものがおいしかったです。トッピングが日本にはないものでした。卵料理と麺料理はその場で準備してくださります。 コネクティングルームでしたが、片方のお部屋のシャワーやお湯がでなくて結局もう一部屋のシャワーを順番に使いました。 立地については市内観光、レストランは周辺にもあり便利な場所でした。3月下旬に行きましたがすでに汗がでてTシャツでよいくらいの暑さで海にも入れたので一泊は海に近いホテルでもよかったかもと思いました。 ミーケビーチまではタクシーで10分ちょっとでつきます。波もしっかりあって遊んでいる方はとっても楽しそうでした。 アフタヌーンティーは一度だけ利用しました。 マッサージも滞在中一度だけついていました。 膝下から足裏をなでるようなマッサージでした。マッサージに関してはそこまで気持ち良くはなかったです。優しいなでる感じが好きな方にはよいかと思います。 基本グラブ利用、空港までも15分程度でつきました。観光地もタクシーを利用してまわりました。"

I made a complaint about the room not being properly cleaned because there were stains everywhere, the reception staff promised to have a deep clean the next day but it didn't happen since the places I showed her are still dirty and they never bothered to follow up as well.
