But worst of all there was a festival outside hotel which went on until 1am the room room hooked we could not sleep or use the room anytime as was just too loud. The hotel apologised but did not offer any refunds and blamed hotels.com for not letting us know about the road closures and Malaysia biggest festival taking place. "
