"We arrived late at night after a long journey. Despite having submitted all required information and paid the deposit in advance, check-in was confusing, and supervisors were completely unaware of our payment. "Off the beaten track and down lots of side streets from Pudu MRT.
Friendly front desk and clean room. Can be a little noisy from the road.....A windowless room would solve that problem.
There is no pool and never will be and the water in the taps isn't always hot but it is hot outside so why worry?
Fabulous view of the Narwhal, especially at night."

"Jeg bodde på D’Majestic Place by Widebed sammen med en venn i fire netter. Oppholdet var gjennomgående positivt, særlig med tanke på romstørrelsen og fasilitetene. Rommet var romslig og godt egnet for et lengre opphold, og hotellets takområde med både basseng og restaurant var et stort pluss. Det ga en fin mulighet til å slappe av etter dager ute i byen.
Servicen var også god. Spesielt Fai i resepsjonen fortjener ros – han var svært hyggelig, imøtekommende og hjelpsom gjennom hele...

"We were surprised when we entered our room, and there was no window. Looking back, the booking info did say that though. The bed sheets were kind of dirty. There were only Indonesian TV channels, so not much going on the TV for entertainment. It is within short walking distance of the monorail station "Bukit Bintang" and Ikea, which is a big reason why we stayed there. There is also a lot of food relatively nearby."

"New hotel.. Furniture in good condition, clean bathroom, comfy bed. Room attendant need to improve the service. There is another guest bill and medicine left in my room (probably from the previous guest). They didn't change my towels during daily seervice. They didn't change the body wash which is almost empty."

"I am coming to this hotel about once a year since 2017.
Rooms are spacious and clean. I had the Junior Suite and I enjoyed having a proper desk, a separate simple seating area, and a kitchen with flowing water.
The attached shopping mall has degraded a bit since pre-covid times and dining options there are very limited now. Anyhow, there is local food in easy walking distance, and a large, modern shopping mall with plenty of dining options a 15 minute walk away.
