"Hotel was fantastic, however 2 things were unacceptable... 1) We had the family room, and after traveling ALL day in 101 degrees, one side didn't have air, so we did NOT have a good nights sleep. 2) We got in late and got up to the rooftop at 10:30pm for dinner/drinks (our last night in Spain). While we appreciate expedited line placement, we were not acknowledged for drinks or order for 25+ minutes~"

"loved this hotel - I got upgraded to a one bedroom suite and it was spacious and beautiful. It had a nice sized balcony, a jacuzzi bathtub (which I didn't get to use). It also came with a dyson hairdryer and a yoga mat and weights. I was in Madrid for less than 24 hours, so I had a lot of ground to cover in a short amount of time. "The hotel was responsive. When you first walk in, the small lobby is nice. However, once you get to the room, you start to notice how incredibly tiny the room is. Can barely walk around the bed in the room, the living space is hardly a sitting area wirh a small table. The TV is so outdated its not even a smart TV. Thats not even the real issue. "The front desk staff was amazing and helpful in every way. Our junior suite felt like a true suite. With two baths, we loved that. I do have some constructive feedback. The mis matched light bulb colors were hard for the eyes. No facial tissue is a real miss for such a nice hotel. Finally, as English speakers, having zero tv channels for us is another real disappointment. We tried both tvs with no luck. Front desk was sure that they were available, but they need to review and resolve. ...

"Fue horrible con el calor que hace no servía el aire acondicionado escogí este hotel entre varios porque día siguiente salía mi vuelo por lo cual necesitaba un buen descanso pero con el calor en Madrid y sin aire acondicionado ni un ventilador eso fue imposible. Al comentarles el grave problema que surgió me dieron un cupón de descuento para sus hoteles 😒 y eso que era la king ejecutiva, cero atención al cliente y el cuarto estaba arriba de 300 Dlls la noche ojo ahí"

"Very well located hotel with beautiful communal seating area. Extremely comfy bed but room a little jaded. Good Coffee machine but awkward to access. Hairdryer in bathroom required a strong grip to keep working which was difficult for an elderly person with reduced grip. Staff incredibly friendly and helpful. Had an evening drink outside in the lovely square - very good service."

"I didn’t check the elevator didn’t work she gave me the room on the 4 flour I want the room The one I reserved From the picture with the window the one with the palace view- I took the one she gave me I was very tired got wet it was pouring - taxi got desperate next day and left me and couldn’t find the attendant and have to walk about 12 minutes to gran via to grab another taxi super inconvenient for me - love Madrid though been there more than once"

"You can bring drinks from the ground floor bar to the rooftop,however there is no rooftop bar."

"The hotel was lovely, and our rooms were cleaned and restocked frequently. The rooftop pool was so nice, my only complaint was that it was quite small, and there were not enough lounger chairs for the amount of guests who wanted to use it. They also close the pool at 6:30pm every day, which further limits the pool use."
