"This apartment was wonderful! It had many beds, all comfortable and it was equipped with everything we needed. The location is excellent with Puerto Cancun just being across the street. "Great location! You get a voucher for breakfast at Lorettas which is DELICIOUS and i cannot recommend enough. Beach there is gorgeous and staff is lovely. They let us check in early (yay) which was very accomodating and so kind and polite staff. Clean, comfy beds and great room. Only thing is a little bit overpriced for the room (no balcony or outside space) but besides that so good!!! "

"Room was average (closer to a 3-star, garden view), but housekeeping was good. The resort claims to be all-inclusive, but there’s a noticeable class system in many areas, which takes away from the experience. Staff were a mix—some very kind, but overall service didn’t feel truly all-inclusive. Expect frequent and aggressive pitches for expensive long-term memberships. Nightly entertainment felt repetitive. Food was especially disappointing for vegetarians, and we even encountered rancid ingredients once at “She” restaurant. Pool seating is also heavily tiered, which felt unusual compared to other resorts. Overall, not the all-inclusive experience we expected."
