The hotel was under construction. We had reserved ocean view but they originally had our room facing trees and couldn’t see the ocean view. We requested a change. There was also no electricity in my parents room which we had to complain again for a change.

Amazing room, lovely staff. By far the biggest and best bed we have had in Mexico. Rinconada is a great area with nice bakeries and restaurants plus some of the more chill beaches.
