"Grata experiencia vivida en el Hostal Rufus, desde que llegas te dan una cálida bienvenida, te hacen sentir en casa. Diariamente ofrecen un desayuno buffet muy bueno que consta de pan casero, huevos, frutas, cake, yogurt, cereales, café, etc. Sus instalaciones están climatizadas. El hostal se encuentra a 3 cuadras del centro de la ciudad y a 4 cuadras del terminal de buses, está bien ubicado. Las habitaciones son amplias, con clóset y cama cómoda. No le coloco la máxima puntuación por el ruido, ya que están construyendo y además las paredes son tan finas que fácilmente escuchas las conversaciones de tus vecinos. "

"Hacienda Dorotea is the perfect city getaway destination if you want to be a little away from the city (but not too far out from Puerto Natales only 7-8 minutes) and be with nature. In our stay we had a wonderful view of the mountain and the window is like a panoramic painting of the vista outside with the mountain being the backdrop. The room is spectacularly arranged, some even affecting the light and shadows when the lights are off and the amenities are plentiful, from its own restaurant and breakfast so you don't have to go out into Puerto Natales to eat after a long nice day from TDP. Tea/hot water are available at reception and the service from the receptionist has nothing been less than outstanding, including asking if we would like to take breakfast to go and making sure we wake up on time for the tour at 7 am. There is also a little museum detailing the history of the ranch but unfortunately we did not have time to check it out. We would wholeheartedly recommend this place and would definitely return if given opportunity to do so. "

"Pictures don't do justice to the beauty of this property. Gorgeous exterior and perfectly designed and appointed interiors. Luxurious sheets, etc. It even smells great. The staff is extremely accommodating, arranging taxis, storing luggage, and setting out breakfast before regular serving hours when we needed a super early start. Highly recommended. "

"It was a little bit removed from the main strip, which made it quiet and restful.. The service was lovely and it was the best breakfast we had in our trip -simple and delicious. I also has great views of the lake. The dinner was just ok, but we were tired and hungry and appreciated there kitchen staying open late for us! "

"We enjoyed 2 nights at Altiplanico prior to our trip to Torres del Paine. The room was great, including a view of the sound, with heated bathroom floors and towel rack. Restaurant food was excellent, both for breakfast and dinner. A short but scenic walk to downtown Puerto Natales along the water. Highly recommended! "
