From putting new battery in my luggage scale. To giving directions to ATMS and the main square. Also directions to the best coffee shops in town. The breakfast was better than average. Let use have a late check out without charge. It was a little warm and there was no AC but the window did open and make it tolerable. "

"Really enjoyed my stays at Pristine Patagonia Hotel! Stayed there the night before my trek at Torres Del Paine National Park and the night after.
