"This was our second time staying at the ESJ Towers. The first visit was amazing, the second even better. The easy access to the beach, friendly staff, and central location to all the San Juan area has to offer makes this an amazing place to stay. The property is under going renovations that will only make the property more inviting for future visits. "

"Hotel is very nice and well kept. The staff were great and super attentive. The only thing that seemed to be an issue not only with us but with other guests as well are the seat cushions in the outdoor dining area. They’re full of bird poop. No one wants to sit on that. They should at least change it to a fabric that can be wiped down each day."

"While first getting acquainted with hotel was complicated at first because it’s so large, we soon got used to it. The rooms were beautiful, the food excellent, and the pool was fantastic. The kids loved the splash pad and slide. We also loved the beach which was clean and fun for the kids to play in the sand. "
