"The Hyatt Regency in Puerto Rico is an amazing property. The beach was actually very nice apart from the seagrass, as they had a sandbar to block out riptides. Food options were good, activities were nice including little soccer goals and some other recreational items. The staff was also very helpful in any problems we had. All in all an amazing property. But beware of things, that room service is overpriced, as well as the resort shop. But it overall was a good place"

"The free breakfast amd wifi with an early flight provides good value for money and convenience. Very basic breakfast buffet options. The AC was out and in great need of cleaning. With my dust allergies I had post-nasal drainage, itchy eyes and constant sneezing, my chest getting tight enough to require use of my inhaler. The bed pillows also seemed to be a great offender. There was no hot water in the shower. If cleanliness is a big priority I would skip the property. If a convenient crash between flights is all that's required, this stay will save you taxi fare and traffic."

"Casino was fun, the staff was respectful and helpful whenever we needed help. There was a lifeguard at the beach warning people about underwater currents. The room was quiet . I did not hear any loud music till after midnight coming from the nightclub like some complained about. The pools were well maintained and also fun to be in. Many things other people complained about , I couldn't see . I had fine time there except for the fact that swimming and diving is risky. Always listen to the whistle of the lifeguard!"

My kids had the best time with endless entertainment and activities throughout the resort, and the staff made us feel welcomed every single day with their outstanding service and energy. The resort was spotless, the food was top-notch, and the private island was absolutely breathtaking.
