"The location is good the hokt"

"This property looks actually like the photos. The room with the ocean view was nice and lovely view. The room was comfortable and house keeping was attentive daily. I like that they have the mechanism of no key to get into your room it’s a wrist band that was convenient. The daily wellness to sign up for was a nice treat and the instructor was great. Plenty of places to eat in the area and the food at the resort was good. The casino was easy to get to and my mother loved it. Items to address: while the resort smells wonderful upon walking in and throughout the day the lobby is freezing cold. Management staff is not as friendly as lower end staff. There is no smoking on the property of the resort but I looked over the balcony at the pool and saw a cigarette buds all in the dirt of the plants. The resort fee it too high and my card was charged for something after I left which was unauthorized."

"Property was well maintained, pool bar was great with great music, friendly bartenders. Restaurants were ok but expensive. Drinks also at all the bars were expensive. It’s a great resort just come ready to SPEND. The restaurants outside of the resort were GREAT!!! Great authentic puerto rican at a fraction of the cost. An uber cost max. Of $12 to any restaurant. Palomino beach was great with food and drinks available. "
