"This property is overrated. The check in process is lengthy and cumbersome. There is a kindergarten right next to the property. Very noisy in the morning. There is no one on site to help me with the luggage. I had to break the luggage into pieces. It’s clean but not convenient. "

"Most important fact to know about this place is that since there’s no employees on site, you’re pretty much stuck with your luggage until check in time. They say there’s luggage storage on the second floor, but it’s only 8 compartments; they’re first come, first serve. When we arrived, they were all in use so we had to wander around with our bags for almost 4 hours. Thankfully there’s a Mexican restaurant next door and a pizza place across the street. "My boyfriend & I stayed in the studio apartment w/king bed. The only negative thing is there was no blackout blinds, so it was difficult to sleep past sun rise. I reached out to customer service & they were very accommodating & moved us to the unit with a bedroom where the wall is blocking the windows. The rest of our stay was great. Very clean and felt safe in the building. "
