"Great location - GREAT staff - 4 quirky rooms on the second floor of an old "castle" with mosaic tile floors and 20 foot hand painted ceilings - we stayed with friends and enjoyed the common area / lobby / living room - it was unique and special. Great neighborhood with easy walking to dining and shopping. The Spanish steps were just up the road."

"The hotel was in a great location. Minute walks to the Trevi and the Spanish Steps. The suites are indeed Luxurious as the name states but the service is not. One of the things we didnt like is that there was no one to get intouch with and no receptionist. This was difficult specially checking in on a Sunday, We were basically locked out and had to figure out that we had to go to the restaurant across the road to check in…this was very inconvenient. Another thing is that theres no one to get...

"Atendimento espetacular da Thaisa, limpeza , educação dos funcionários. Cama excelente, banheiro ótimo, chuveiro ótimo . Apenas na entrada tem que ter atenção, pois fica dentro de um corredor e não tem receptação. Tem que chamar pelo interfone apertando uma seta para baixo até aparecer o 9 recepção ou pedir WhatsApp para o hotel antes por e-mail."

"The spectacular Fendi suites are in the sweet spot in central Rome...the Centro Storico ...right over the flagship store. We drove right to the door ..and it was exciting and terrifying ...and I wouldn't recommend it for the faint of heart. The hotel staff however swiftly disappeared the car ...and smoothly returned it on departure. This service was representative of the entire experience...they are attentive swift. polished, professional and gloriously friendly. The lobby is on the fifth floor...

"The fridge is too small. For a family of four people in a hot summer, we bought a lot of bottles of water and ice cream. The mini fridge can’t hold that many stuff."
