The room was perfect for the 3 of us. There was 2 separate rooms and 1.5 bathrooms so it was nice feeling like we had our own spaces. Location was great and walkable to most things we wanted to do.

The property is in a perfect location to explore Rome. Property manager Serena is excellent - very professional, and assisted us several times with Rome exploration ideas, taxi & travel, etc Maid staff was prompt & helpful with room needs

Serena was nice, but never saw her after check-in. Didn’t know where to leave the keys at the end. Room was nice but hot water slow in coming. Thought there was a communal rooftop terrace but on a 4th floor rooms. Elevator was quaint but claustrophobically small. Breakfast (free) at the restaurant across the street was limited-Italian (coffee, OJ and a croissant) or American ( coffee, toast, bacon and scrambled eggs) - no substitutions. Nice area, near the Spanish steps.
Getting in the front door was a challenge every time - unusually finicky lock.

The property is super cute and grabs your attention as soon as you walk up to the big double doors. I loved the old photos on the walls. We had the room with the terrace which was absolutely gorgeous. Sitting and having a glass of wine after a busy day is a great way to unwind. We lucked out with this accomodation. Less than 5 minutes from the Spanish Steps and walkable to the Vatican this was at the heart of the city. The accommodation itself was huge. The suite offered a large communal area with comfy sofa bed for our little one, and large King sized bedroom for ourselves and the a separate bathroom and shower room. Give we stayed 4 nights the space, along with the smart TV with all the apps was perfect. Breakfast is at the restaurant over the road which is t an issue but the selection is poor compared to the quality of accomodation, just an American or croissant and single coffee. Despite this we would recommend this accomodation to anyone. Felt far more luxurious than the price suggested.

Beautifully updated hotel. Great location to Spanish Steps and shopping/dining. Host wasn’t at location (didn’t know), but a quick phone call and we got the keys to the room just fine. Elevator is very tiny, but works just fine. We stayed in room 101 which didn’t have room numbers on the door so we had to guess which door it was. That was a little odd. Room is beautiful and spacious. We only stayed one night as we returned to Rome and flew out the next am. The restaurant associated with the hotel graciously made us up some take away breakfast as our flight left before the complimentary breakfast would be served - that was so kind. Would definitely consider staying here longer the next time we visit! For the price and location it’s hard to beat.

This boutique hotel is in a prime location close to most attractions and shopping. The room was very nice and had a large patio. The price was a bit high, but considering the location it is expected. Serena was very accommodating to holding our luggage until checkin and even had our room ready early! Free breakfast next door at Negresco. We really enjoyed our stay.

Sehr zentral gelegenes Hotel in Rom. In wenigen Minuten sind Attraktionen wie Kolosseum, Spanische Treppe, Trevi Brunnen, Engelsburg, Pantheon und Petersdom fußläufig zu erreichen. Die Zimmer sind geräumig und sauber. Das Personal ist sehr freundlich und zuvorkommend. Das Frühstück besteht wahlweise aus einem amerikanischen Frühstück (etwas Rührei, gebratenen Speck, Schinken, Käse und Toast) und einem italienischen Frühstück (ein Croissant!). Zu beidem wird ein Glas Orangensaft gereicht und soviel Kaffee wie man möchte.
