"Our stay at Pukaki Air Lodge was amazing. Such a unique experience being right at the airfield. Not too busy with air traffic but just enough to keep us interested and fascinated by the light aircraft and helicopters with Mt Cook in the distance. Night time stargazing was an added bonus. The rooms were well appointed, comfortable and clean. The common kitchen area provided all you could need for a continental breakfast. Mary was very helpful and informative!! Would highly recommend a stay here if you have a vehicle. Easy drive to Mt Cook."

"Pros: clean, comfortable, private, nice landscaping. Cons: none Really it's an apartment with a kitchenette. Great stay. Innkeeper accommodated or late arrival. Never encountered any of the staff. Probably our best stay (out of four) in New Zealand."

"Nice and homely motel. The family was friendly and helpful providing information on the town upon check in. Room was spacious and clean as well and we had a comfy night stay. The only downside was that there were some flies in the bathroom which we didn’t know came from where as all the windows were shut"
