"The property needs updating. We stayed for four nights, and during that time they never cleaned the room or provided fresh bedding. They advised me not to use Uber for a taxi, arranged one for me instead, and I ended up getting overcharged—£21 for a 5-kilometre journey. For the same distance, Uber charged me only £9. There was no reception and no ongoing communication from the owners—only when we arrived and when they happened to see us on the property, and even then they barely acknowledged...
