"Helpful staff. We had need of medical assistance and the hotel staff were helpful and provided Bandaids. The hotel room was clean and had a good sized bathroom with a decent shower. The breakfast was reasonable."

"Modernes, sauberes Apartment-Hotel in guter Lage. Besonders praktisch sind die aktuell scheinbar noch kostenlosen Parkplätze direkt vor der Tür. Die Innenstadt ist in etwa 30 Minuten zu Fuß oder in 10 Minuten mit dem Fahrrad erreichbar. Als kleine Verbesserung wären ein Sichtschutz am Eingang des ersten Apartments sowie ein kurzer Hinweis zur Bedienung der Lüftung hilfreich. Insgesamt hatten wir einen sehr angenehmen Aufenthalt und kommen bei unserem nächsten Besuch in Kopenhagen gerne wieder."

"I really wanted to like this hotel because there is a lot to like. The staff were consistently friendly, professional, and genuinely tried to help whenever we had an issue. Unfortunately, the air conditioning failed on multiple days. It was repaired once, only to fail again, leaving the room around 27°C, which made it very difficult to sleep. Staff confirmed that the hotel-wide AC system was experiencing issues and that many guests had complained. The hotel was fully booked, so moving to...

"This hotel is modern, has a nice roof terrace & has won a sustainability award (if that's important to you). However, the room was small & tight, there is no venting or AC & the breakfast was marginal in comparison to our last 30 breakfasts on this trip. Also, contrary to what was advertised, the parking is not free."
