"The room was smaller than it looked online. There was no exhaust fan in the bathroom. Room had a musty smell."

"I had difficulty with several things while using this property. The room held two queen beds, with space for four people. However, the bathroom only had towels for three, and towel hanging hooks for two towels. There was plenty of free wall space to add towel bars for allow four people to dry their towels without hanging them on the same two hooks. Yet, they did not offer that and it was very inconvenient. The beds were on platforms that made them so tall it was extremely difficult to get into...

"The view from our room was the absolute best part of our stay at the Edgewater Inn. The Inn is quaint and could definitely use some updating (chipped deck, cracks in the ceiling, etc), but overall is a pleasant stay. The room we stayed in could have used a good mopping and a wipe down in some areas, but the bed was comfortable and the ac worked perfectly. The views are amazing (day and night) and it’s in such a close proximity to all that Saint Augustine has to offer."

"Room was very spacious,shower was great but no water pressure. Thought breakfast was a bit pricey so 2nd day we went somewhere else for breakfast. Think we would choose somewhere else to stay next time."

"Everything was excellent! Also, unfortunately, my daughter left behind two silver rings on top of the night table. She was devastated. I telephoned a couple of hours after checkout to see whether they were turned in by housekeeping. To our great delight, they were turned in by the housekeeping staff. At this point, we are working with the property to have them mailed to us. Thank you!"
