Eventually just turned it off. Rooms had wooden floors so can hear the occupant next door move the desk chair. Load scraping noise across the floor each time they moved. "I’ll start by saying The Lodge operates best when Leveena is working the front desk. I hope I spelled her name correctly. She took amazing care of my needs as I was recently out of a major surgery and was not able to walk. On her days off, The Lodge seemed understaffed, and certain things did not work smoothly, starting with trying to reach the front desk. One night it took nearly two hours for someone to be available to bring me ice. The restaurant next door suffered through similar staffing...
