They oversold the room type we had reserved, they remedied it to our quasi-satisfaction by giving us two rooms instead of one BUT it took more than 20 -30 minutes to get it straightened out which was ridiculous! The clerk was seemingly inexperienced and kept goung to find the manager for help, we were disappointed the hot tub had been removed. We have stayed at this location numerous times over the years and never remember a parking fee so that was a negative, especially since there was no valet service to help you to your room. The breakfast and its are were LOVELY and much nicer than before and so was the Evening reception. The table staff at breakfast were AWESOME! They were constantly on the move, helping guests and cleaning the tables and making sure the food lines were immaculate, we REALLY WERE DELIGHTED with that. We and our children with us appreciated the pool and the new limit of ten people at once, it made it so much nicer, reasonable noise level and quality experience, Thank you.
