"Great location for our overnight layover. Convenient shuttle to and from the airport. Room was clean and comfortable. We had two rooms reserved but could only complete contactless registration for one of the rooms. We were told it was because their system was down. Two of us went to breakfast because we saw the sign for the $13 continental buffet, wound up getting charged $67 because no one explained that half the buffet a more expensive option."

"The rooms were very spacious and very comfortable and very clean. Everybody was extremely helpful.. the breakfast in the morning was amazing. They have so many different selections.. comfortable beds and friendly staff with a clean environment-can’t ask for much more than that.. five minutes from Pier 39. It was a nice walk great area."

"Clean room. Helpful staff. Given that it’s a historical hotel, expected that the rooms are a little tighter. But good location, there’s convenient offsite parking nearby if you have a car or there’s good access to public transit options. Would recommend!"
