"Excellent location, but significant room improvements are needed While the location of this property is excellent, the overall experience did not align with the premium price charged for a two-night stay. Unfortunately, the room conditions fell short of expectations in several key areas: Bathroom Facilities: There was a consistent lack of hot water in the shower. Additionally, the bathroom space is extremely cramped; the shower is too small for basic comfort, and the lack of an exhaust fan is a notable issue. The sink is so undersized that it is functionally impractical—requiring one to wash one hand at a time—which results in water constantly splashing onto the floor. Room Amenities: I was surprised to find no microwave in the room, which is a standard expectation at this price point. Furthermore, the soundproofing is very poor; I could clearly hear everything from the neighboring room, which significantly impacted the privacy of the stay. Connectivity: The Wi-Fi signal was weak and unstable, making it difficult to even use the television. In summary, while the area is convenient, the room's current state and lack of basic comforts do not justify the high cost. I hope management considers these points for future upgrades, as the physical space and amenities need to be improved to match the pricing."

"We arrived to the property around 1 PM. Checked in with René who was friendly, patient and happy to greet our family. Although our room was not ready because we were early, she assisted us with parking and permits, and we enjoyed the beach until we received our text that our unit was ready for check-in, when I returned to the front desk again, Rene was pleasant and ready to provide service. We cannot leave out Buzz the parking attendant, who was also smiling faces every time we saw him happy to help you park and point you in the direction of anything you may need on site. The unit was absolutely gorgeous beautiful renovations, clean, plenty of light with large beautiful windows. The tub and shower were phenomenal. I would say the only downfall is our building did not offer elevators so make sure if you’re visiting you pack light or small suitcases because carrying a large suitcase and cooler up two flights of stairs was not enjoyable. The beach was just a short walk across the street which makes it convenient because you can stay parked at the resort and do not have to worry about busy AMI beach parking. Our family loved this property and cannot wait to book again."

"Very clean, brand new facility. Awesome that it has 2 pools to use, with one being on the beach. Ladies in the office were not very informative on things and someone had a dog down stairs yapping all day and night. No microwave or grilles available so that kills my 1 week stay in the summer, but I really did like the stay."

"The hotel is wonderful, very clean, and the staff is very friendly. The view from the hotel is amazing, and it’s the ideal place to fully enjoy the beach."

"The hotel was well worth the money to have free access to the beach including lounge chairs and umbrellas. They also provided free beach towels, but they were not full size ones. The staff was super friendly. The only very minor issue was if they are going to provide hard boiled eggs they should be peeled already as there’s no where to do that by the breakfast area. "
