"Complimentary beach lounge chairs, umbrellas, bikes, beach towels and coffee. Just bring your bathing suit!! Staff was so helpful and friendly. Held our luggage until our room was ready and until it was time to leave for our flight. This was a huge plus for us!!"

"Prestados alguns problemas tivemos neste hotel, primeiro qdo chegamos fomos colocados na suíte 1 andar frente mar e nossa escolha foi no térreo, e informação foi que não tínhamos escolha na hora da reserva, porém as fotos apresentadas são apenas da suíte frente mar térrea. Aí nos informaram que após 2 noite iríamos para frente mar terras. Bem no dia que informaram a troca tínhamos um passeio agendado e fizeram forçaram nós a troca o que fez nos perder o passeio e o valor de u$ 300 por pessoa, pois tínhamos um horário de saída. A atendente uma americana muito mal educada grosseira e se dizia ser a gerente, mas totalmente despreparada. Ah em nossa chegada o chão na suíte parecia que tinha mais área do que na praia a frente, o lençol pra tirar a areia só se fosse com máquina. Quanto a localização excelente mas não vale nem um pouco o preço pago no entorno frente mar tem outras propriedades iguais bem mais em conta. Por fim o atendimento pessimo, suíte muito mau limpa, preço absurdamente caro pelo que entrega. E o meu prejuízo do passeio ninguém paga que tb é um absurdo."

"We loved to stay here! Clean - brand new rooms. Everything so private and close to the beach and everything. The staff was so nice! If you travel with kids and want easy - everything, this is your place! They have lavazza coffee machines and I enjoyed that a lot! Everything in the room was brand new! Literally EVERYTHING. "

"It was obvious that this was no longer an Opal resort. We specified a first floor room and was put on the second floor. The pool towels were not restocked during the day. The TV was very difficult to figure out - all we wanted was to find major channels like ABC. Most of the service staff did not speak English and could not communicate. The furniture, woodwork, doors etc in the 2nd floor rooms were worn and needed refurbishing. We have never considered staying anywhere else, but were disappointed this time. "
