"Be aware of all the fees!! There is $30 property fee + $25 parking fee! What the heck? Last week, I stayed at a hotel in NYC and it was $25 parking fee. There is also a humid smell in the room. I was going to give a one-star rating. Now I am giving them 3. The extra 2 stars are earned by the breakfast staff. They were quick to restock the food and clean the tables. They were attentive to guests’ needs. Great work shouldn’t go unnoticed. Kudos to them. Next time I will stay at rehoboth beach area...

"This place is decent for a decent price. The room was clean. There was a few things that needed to be tested a little more and a few places where there was chip paint but overall, it was a cool place. The pool was sparkling, clean and very nice."

"This hotel was fabulous!! The room was super clean and the hotel itself was spotless! The staff was always courteous and polite. I want to give a special shout out to Olivia for going above and beyond! Every time I called the front desk with questions, she was always very helpful with a pleasant voice! On a scale from 1-10, our visit to Hyatt was an 11!! Keep up the good work!!"
