"I paid for a Bundaran HI view, but they initially placed me on Level 1 with a view of only trees. It was only after I complained at the reception that they transferred me to Level 7 the following day.
Additionally, although I paid for an extra bed, they did not provide an extra towel, forcing me to ask for one. There was also no shoehorn in the room until I requested that as well.
The housekeeping staff should thoroughly check the amenities in the room beforehand for the guest's convenience, rather than making us ask for basic items.
This is my first inconvenient experience with Kempinski, following my last visit two years ago. Kempinski has always been my number-one choice, but this stay has left me with a very poor impression.
I am deeply disappointed this time."
