"Exceptional service, helpful and resourceful staffs, and clean room. Due to the typhoon, our tour was cancelled and we really couldn’t do much. Hotel staffs set up karaoke and pool table for us, to keep us busy. They claimed the tree and provided fresh coconuts for us. They were engaging, professional and help us coordinated transportation and activities outside the hotel. Staffs are also very honest. "The stay at this resort was very comfortable. The setting is right on the water , with amazing views. The staff and manager, Steve, are super friendly and accommodating. You can use kayaks or take a diving tour with them. The accommodations are clean and the air conditioning work well. The best thing about this location is the setting. I would highly recommend this place."

"If have to give a star here, surely this place would not have received any star from me. the staff where an elderly lady is very rude. goes and shouts that the doors to rooms must be closed due to air conditioning, yes we know that but 1 minute åoen die for and talk to someone outside must be acceptable.
