"The resort was not friendly. They only give 2 small towels, we had to argue to receive more then they brought more and had us give back the other 2 that were in the bathroom!! it was awful. The a/c drips like crazy in the room, causing a puddle of water onto the floor. the bartendar was also rude. Luckily we stood there just a short amount of time"

"We loved our time at this property and would definitely recommend others to visit during their time in Panama. Sure, the lodges are a little rustic in places but they are perfectly comfortable. The setting in the lake is beautiful, with a great pool, free kayaking facilities and places to completely switch off. I loved how calm and relaxing the place was. "Clean room"

"Rooms did not smell clean and fresh, linen did not appear clean and had hair and hair particles on them and some lights did not work. Water in shower not running freely and some rooms had one bottle of water and some had none. With two guests per room we expected two bottles of water in each room"

"It close to the free zone and taxis r early and easy to get. Lovely"
