"No one was available at the desk from 9pm on.
Our shower rod fell down and no one was around to assist. We waited I til morning and no one was at the desk at 9am. We left, no shower. No closet, hangers, iron, hair dryer. Towels were of poor quality."

"The property was perfectly located in Meredith. Our at the Palmer Inn was on the bottom level near a utility closet, the room was very noisy with mechanical noises and the rumbling of the a/c. I would stay at Mill River again but I would try another one of the properties."

"The shower and bathroom were not cleaned prior to our arrival. The staff took care of it after I called and let them know unfortunately after I was in the shower. Housekeeping came right away to clean the whole room."
