"When I arrived at check in I was told that I had only reserved for 1 night. After showing my Expedia reservation that was paid in full I was told they will see what they could do as I (meaning me) made a mistake when booking the reservation. This was extremely upsetting as it was 8:00 PM and what was I supposed to do. Apparently, the Manager in the back had to become involved (never came out front) and they out of courtesy, gave me a room for my full stay. This never should have happened and...

"I have stayed at this property for 20+ years and will continue. They keep up the decor and grounds well. I never have a complaint here. We enjoy the quiet and chill vibes. Very convenient location to everything we do in Orlando area. Some of the older resorts show age however this one is very well maintained. "
