We were able to do laundry a couple times while we were there which made things so much easier when you are traveling for a long time! "The location is a bit further from the central areas like Ximendeng or Xinyi. But it’s conveniently located on top of a train station making it easy to get around. The hotel was clean and quiet. There’s laundry machines available use. They only have each two bed one pillow, could have used another. Beds are a bit hard. But overall comfortable. The AC worked great inside the rooms, it’s very hot and humid in Taipei in June."

"The staff were all friendly and very helpful, whatever the question or need. Kelvin, especially, went out of his way to make my stay enjoyable. The hotel had the bare necessities, but that was sufficient for my purposes. The hotel is well located close to the MRT so getting to where I needed to go, especially in the rain, was quite easy."
