"This is a beautiful, well equipped hotel that lets itself down due to corporate greed, amateur level service and lack of attention to detail. The hotel itself, the ground, the pools and the setting behind Falésia Beach are stunning. The place was immaculate, the heated pools were glorious, the rooms were large and comfortable and we slept well. "Kitchen not well equipped for cooking, just warming up or cooking eggs, very few utensils and no oven. Cleaning staff friendly but not English speaking. Although Expedia stated that a hair drier available on request, we requested one and were told by the reception person that it was not available! Really disappointing, but parking very easy and location ok to walk to oldtown/ center town, although not always through sidewalks, watch the traffic and walk fast. "
