"The location is excellent. Very walkable to the old town, to shopping, and to anything you might want. However, the hotel is overpriced for Hoi An. It is not 5 star as advertised, but more like 3 star. The breakfast is very limited and basic. There seems to be only one young lady who runs the breakfast and everything else, and you depend on her for anything you need. For breakfast she served me some pancakes soaked in a super sweet chocolate concoction. When I asked for the pancakes without...

"We had a lovely stay at the Windbell. The staff were super nice and accommodating, the grounds were well taken care of. The rooms were clean, although they definitely had a dampness to them. Overall, good price for what you get and would stay again. "
