"They didn't give me the room that I've paid for. The room were MOLDY. EVEN THE BED SHEETS AND THE PILLOWS WERE MOLDY. I have requested a change of the room but they already booked the other room. Their attitude shifted when I said the room was moldy and not even clean"

It is not 5 star as advertised, but more like 3 star. The breakfast is very limited and basic. There seems to be only one young lady who runs the breakfast and everything else, and you depend on her for anything you need. "A beautiful family owned business who were extremely accommodating and had the warmest energy. Our room was an amazing size and the distance from the Homestay to the market was a leisurely stroll. The room was clean and provided fresh towels on a daily basis however, the air did have a sense of humidity within the room but this did not distract from the warm and generous spirit of the owners.
