Housekeeping did an excellent job, and everything felt fresh and cared for, which made it very easy to relax after long days exploring. What truly made our stay exceptional was the staff, who were outstanding from start to finish. A special thank you to Hoa, who went above and beyond even before our trip began. She helped us with far more than just our hotel stay — assisting with transportation arrangements, booking activities, and recommending fantastic local restaurants. Her responsiveness and attention to detail made planning our trip so much easier and stress-free. Because of the excellent service and hospitality, our stay felt seamless and enjoyable from beginning to end. "The breakfast was excellent, coffee was really nice , I lived the room clean , spacious and bed very comfortable , the only reason I did not give 5 stars is the toilet has no privacy from the bed so if your alone that's no problem , but if you are a couple or have company not so private."

"The hotel is aesthetically pleasing with a nice pool. The hotel is clean and staff are friendly. We stayed in the family room with the bunk bed which the kids loved. To improve the room, I would suggest to add more hooks or rails to hang towels. Also a clothes line in the bathroom to hang wet bathers would be an improvement. "
