"Stayed here for a week, had a lovely time playing golf and doing the day cruise around ha long bay which was organised by the hotel. Simon made us feel really welcome and comfortable during our stay. He couldn’t have done more for us and checked in with us throughout. My boyfriend was really unwell during our stay and as soon as Simon was aware he did everything to help which made it so much easier for us, we were grateful to be there when he was unwell. "The resort is amazing with breathtaking view.Our room is very nice with balcony facing the bay. Breakfast buffet is plenty and variety with different foods choices. We love the service here and staffs are very friendly and polite.The resort also has electric taxi to take you to into the town with small fee. We are really enjoyed our stay here, will definitely recommend to our friends and family if they travel to Việt nam "
