"What an amazing find this hotel was, the staff were amazing, nothing was too much trouble, the room was immaculate, very modern and everything we needed. It was my son’s birthday and they put up decorations and arranged a cake. The breakfast choices were amazing, food was all freshly cooked, juices and coffee were the best I’ve ever had in a hotel. "Everything from the moment we arrived was wonderful. Location was perfect for us as we only had 24hrs to get tailoring completed. Easy walk over the bridge to Markets and Tailor shops and an amazing Bahn Mi shop. Wish we had longer, could have spent 3 days easily. A great inclusive breakfast too. "

"Superb hotel, beautiful location, lovely rooms and facilities but it was the staff that went above and beyond that made our stay so special. They were so friendly and catered really well to our daughter who is wheat intolerant. We dined for breakfast, room service lunch, dinner and a wedding reception dinner which was absolutely delicious. We used the spa and shuttle into Hoi An.
