"My first trip to Shanghai. We booked this hotel since it has a good reputation from where I live. We arrived on a late flight so we were completely exhausted. Francis, at check-in, was extremely considerate and thoughtful to our needs and he made our hotel experience very pleasant from the beginning."

"I love that the hotel was located in a prime location not far from the bund or yu garden. It sits on lines 10 and 14 so it makes it easy to access the rest of the city. I love that the staff was friendly very helpful. The hotel was very clean. The restaurant was nice. The views were pretty good as well. The layout of the room and bathroom was nice and very clean the decor throughout the hotel was beautiful and I love the small features such as the chandeliers. I will definitely stay at this hotel again."

"Beautiful, modern and spacious rooms, great location and prime accessibility to the Bund and Nanjing Road. The street outside was very clean, no street noise and very safe and secure. The hotel also features a rooftop bar and restaurant with almost panoramic views of the Bund / Shanghai City. "
