"I am shocked that the Inn at the Beach has 9.8 stars. The location was the best feature, close to the beach and walkable to downtown.
We arrived to a room filled with black hair all over the bathroom, a cockroach on the floor, and a smell that lasted the whole weekend. We politely told the front desk and they re-cleaned the room but there was still black hair everywhere. We were told the reason for the smell was the sprinklers were on earlier in the day. "Chose to stay there because is close to the hospital I work couple times a week, but did not enjoy the stay at all, mattress was horrible, could feel the metal springs on them did not rest at all, shower rags were disgusting” yellowish color” shower curtain with mold on them."
