"フロントデスクのないコンドミニアムタイプの宿泊が初めてだったので不安でしたが、
Expediaからのメッセージ機能で事前に連絡すると、返信がすぐに来たので好感がもてました。
到着が遅れた際にも、メッセージ送信で快く対応していただけました。
タオル補充はとても助かりました。
お湯に制限があったので、シャワー使用は注意が必要です。
立地が最高。
オーナーのJelenaさんと対応スタッフのGeorgiaさんがとても親切でした。

"Check in was bad. Arrived at 10am. Said they would call/text us. Hung around on the resort. 3pm still no call. We go to reception, room not ready. “Wait a few minutes”. 1 hour later still not ready. Finally “ready” after 4pm. We go to the room and wait another 15 minutes while the cleaners finish. When the room was finally “ready” they forgot their broom after rushing out. "The bedroom was spacious and we also had a lovely balcony with views down to the harbour. We were met by our host on arrival and he showed us on a map some places to see in the national park. Due to ferry times, we arrived before the normal check-in time but our room was still ready which was appreciated.
The bed was a bit soft but we still managed to sleep well. The window shutters helped to keep it nice and dark too and the air conditioning worked well. The kitchenette was small but well...
