"The hotel is really nice… but I wish I knew a couple factors before I booked because I wouldn’t have booked it. The hotel is pretty nice and the staff is pretty responsive. My issue was that the amenities were all down. Like the sauna or the pool. Also the convenience store inside of the hotel is not 24/7. Our room heating system was broken. It would not turn off the heat so we had to ask the staff to completely turn it off in our room. Also, A/C wasn’t an option as they shut down that option...

"I think what comes off my mind initially was the location. Its not exactly at the busy areas but close enough that you can get a quick taxi ride or walk 20-30 mins. But I can say its definitely just right for us. My wife and I enjoyed the quiet neighborhood and that we can get to the popular areas without much hassle. Room was great with breathtaking views. "Hotel is clean and room size is decent, but the interior in my opinion is old fashioned because I guess this hotel has been built for quite some time. However, the hotel major plus point is connected to shopping malls dan subway station which is very convenient."
